This 100% Pinot Meunier champagne shows a pale gold hue with fine bubbles. The nose is fruit-forward, with wild strawberries, raspberries, cherries, apple, and pear, plus hints of violet. Creamy, buttery notes and brioche from malolactic fermentation and lees aging add depth. The palate is smooth, with vibrant berries, stone fruits, and a creamy texture balanced by lively acidity. Subtle nutty, pastry tones enhance richness, while a touch of sweetness and chalky minerality complete the refreshing finish.
