Champagne Agrapart et Fils was founded in Avize in 1894 by Arthur Agrapart, laying the foundation for a house that has been crafting Grand Cru champagne for over a century. The business passed to Arthur’s son, Auguste, in the 1950s, then to Pierre, and from the 1980s onward to Fabrice and Pascal Agrapart. The Agrapart story is one of dedication and resilience, producing exceptional champagnes that reflect the family’s heritage and expertise.
Today, Fabrice leads the house together with his partners Emmanuel & Johanna , drawing on his family’s knowledge while navigating a new, independent path. This chapter marks a shift, with Fabrice envisioning Agrapart as a forward-looking house, focused on sustainable practices and honoring nature. Even the name “Agrapart” says it all: “A, Grape, Art”—a fitting expression of the family's craft and spirit.
Doing what you love with the same care you show others. Every action, from tending the vines to crafting each bottle, is infused with love. We believe that this passion shapes our wines, creating experiences that connect people and celebrate life’s shared moments.
The Agrapart lifestyle emphasizes the pleasure of shared love and appreciation for quality, transforming each moment and memory into a meaningful experience filled with warmth, joy, and the spirit of Amour.
We treat others the way we want to be treated and do what we love with the people we love. A solution-oriented and non-judgmental environment, where collaboration thrives. Always welcoming and spreading positive vibes, we believe respect and passion create the best foundation for meaningful connections and an atmosphere where creativity flourishes.
Our community is deeply rooted in inclusive practices which means we show high regard, respect and commitment to our professions and craftsmanship within winemaking for employees, suppliers and partners. We celebrate friendship and community, emphasizing shared passion and connection in every aspect of the Agrapart lifestyle.
At Agrapart, Fabrice leads our house with unwavering dedication, alongside Emmanuel and Johanna, continuing a legacy of crafting exquisite Champagnes. Through every challenge, Fabrice carries forward the wisdom of generations, blending tradition with a vision focused on environmental sustainability. He captures our philosophy simply: “Agrapart is about art, grape, and terroir.” This powerful statement embodies our commitment to organic farming, minimal intervention, and the expression of the Côte des Blancs terroir through traditional methods, celebrating the unique qualities of each vineyard and honoring the land that gives life to our wines.
We are the first actors to make decisions to achieve our goals concerning sustainability, environment, and nature. Consistent, principled and we hold ourselves responsible to our ethical values. We live by the saying: action speaks louder than words.
In the heart of Avize, along the renowned Avenue Jean Jaurès, Agrapart is reimagining its future. Our vision is coming to life: a fully integrated production site, seamlessly uniting every step from pressing to shipping, all in one location. As we embark on the next chapter, we are transforming the historic Auge Colin building into a vibrant hub for wine tourism. This visionary space will feature a boutique hotel, a gourmet restaurant, a wine club for connoisseurs, and a dynamic event and exhibition venue.
Guided by the innovative designs of renowned artist Carsten Höller, this project will fuse modern aesthetics with Agrapart’s enduring dedication to excellence. The first phase of this transformative journey is set to debut by the end of 2026. Central to this vision is A Grape Art, an exclusive members-only wine club. With its sleek, black interiors and intimate ambiance, the club will become a sanctuary for champagne lovers to savor rare cuvées and immerse themselves in the Agrapart legacy like never before.
