This rosé sparkling wine glows with a pale golden-pink hue and fine bubbles. Chardonnay (99%) brings vibrant citrus, green apple, and floral notes, while a touch of Pinot Noir (1%) adds subtle red fruit hints of strawberry and raspberry. Oak aging lends vanilla and toasted nut complexity, and lees aging adds a creamy texture with nuances of brioche and almond. From the Côte des Blancs, it showcases refreshing minerality and bright acidity, finishing crisp and dry with under 5 g/L of sugar. Fresh, elegant, and beautifully layered.
Chardonnay and 1% Pinot Noir from the Côte des Blancs, is aged in wooden barrels (oak from the Montagne de Reims). This rosé de blancs cuvée is unique due to its remarkable vinification (currently in experimentation). Bottled in July without fining or filtration.
