This 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru reveals a luminous golden hue, showcasing its purity and extended lees aging. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers are joined by fresh bread and toasted nuts. Complete malolactic fermentation adds creaminess, while demi-muid vinification brings subtle depth. The palate is mineral-driven, with a vibrant mousse and a dry, crisp finish. Brut Nature vinification highlights the grape’s elegance, leaving a lingering impression of chalky minerality.

This cuvée is made with minimal inputs, without any added sugar other than the natural sugars from the grapes. For a product that is 100% pure grape juice. The first fermentation (FA) and the second fermentation (Prise de mousse) are carried out exclusively with indigenous yeasts, without any added exogenous sugar. Absolute purity with a capital A. This cuvée is not vintage (ongoing experimentation to try to make a vintage). Complete malolactic fermentation (FML). Bottled during the harvest without fining or filtration, with natural cork and staples.

Aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. Manual riddling. Disgorgement with olfactory control at least 60 days before commercialization.
