Notes

This 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru glows with a pale golden hue and hints of green, exuding vibrancy. Aromas of citrus zest, green apple, white flowers, and toasted brioche mingle with creamy pastry notes from extended lees aging. The palate is precise and silky, balancing crisp acidity with flavors of lemon curd, white peach, and chalky minerality. Complete malolactic fermentation adds roundness while preserving freshness. With an exceptionally long, pure finish and a saline edge, this Brut Nature highlights the elegance of its Grand Cru origins.
