This Grand Cru Chardonnay showcases aromas of honeysuckle, acacia, lemon zest, and green apple, underscored by wet stone, flint, and a delicate saline edge from Avize and Cramant's chalky soils. Full malolactic fermentation adds a creamy texture, while 72 months on lees impart brioche, toasted almond, and hazelnut complexity. With zero dosage, the wine remains crisp and bone-dry, highlighting its pure fruit and mineral profile. A lingering chalky depth and subtle salinity enhance its elegant, zesty finish.
Chardonnay 100% Grand Cru Parcel-based vinification in 50% large oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Blending of the top cuvées (year) from Avize and Cramant, on a poor and very chalky geological profile. Old vines over 50 years old. This cuvée reflects the mineral character of two great terroirs from the Côte des Blancs. Full malolactic fermentation. Bottled in July without fining or filtration.
