Atoma multi-vintage Grand Cru blend from the Côte des Blancs offers fresh citrus, green apple, and pear notes, with strong minerality from chalky soils. Aged on lees for 20-32 months, it has a creamy texture with subtle toasty and oak nuances. It balances freshness and complexity with less than 5g/L of sugar.
This cuvée is a multi-vintage (using a perpetual Grand Cru cuvée started in 2020 with wines vinified in oak barrels from the Montagne de Reims). Each year, 50% is taken from the perpetual cuvée and blended with 50% of the current year’s wine aged in tanks. This cuvée thus contains a part of every vintage since its creation: the company's DNA. Complete malolactic fermentation. Bottled in July without fining or filtration.
