This 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay shines with a pale gold hue and fine bubbles, a result of extended lees aging. Aromas of lemon zest, yuzu, green apple, and pear are complemented by brioche, almond, and chalky minerality, reflecting the Avize terroir. On the palate, bright acidity highlights citrus and orchard fruits, with hints of brioche and hazelnut. Full malolactic fermentation adds creaminess, while low dosage keeps it dry and focused. A silky mousse enhances its finesse, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish with a touch of nuttiness.
