This 100% Pinot Meunier Premier Cru champagne shows a pale gold hue with fine bubbles. The nose is fruit-forward, with wild strawberries, raspberries, red apple, and pear, alongside subtle floral notes. Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel and oak demi-muids adds depth and texture, bringing gentle brioche, pastry, and light toasted nuances. The palate is smooth yet precise, with vibrant red berry and orchard fruit flavours, a creamy mid-palate, and a lively acidity. A chalky minerality and a dry, clean Brut Nature finish give freshness and focus.
