This 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru from Oger have aromas of citrus peel, ripe stone fruit, and dried herbs meet subtle earthy notes of wet stone and clay. Ageing on fine lees with no oak influence brings depth and length, while full malolactic fermentation adds a rounded texture. The palate is precise yet layered, with mineral tension, delicate phenolic grip, and a long, dry Brut Nature finish.
This cuvée follows the principle of vinification in amphora with a light grape-berry maceration, giving the wine its distinctive profile. It is then made according to the traditional Champagne method. Full malolactic fermentation. Bottled under cork and staples in July 2022 without fining or filtration.
Aged on lees for 48 to 60 months. Manual riddling. Disgorged at least 60 days before release.
