Notes

Notes

Notes

This rosé sparkling wine glows with a pale golden-pink hue and fine bubbles. Chardonnay (98%) brings vibrant citrus, green apple, and floral notes, while a touch of Pinot Noir (2%) adds subtle hints of strawberry and red berries. Its delicately pink colour comes exclusively from the anthocyanins in the Pinot Noir, through a precisely controlled winemaking method. Aged on fine lees in a single oak vat, it gains depth with gentle toasted and pastry nuances, while lees ageing brings a creamy texture. Fresh and elegant, it showcases bright acidity, chalky minerality, and a crisp, dry Brut Nature finish.
